Yoga classes
in Cassis, France
Visiting Cassis and looking for a moment to slow down, breathe, and reconnect while you're here? A yoga class overlooking the sea, between two calanques, is one of the simplest ways to make your stay in Provence unforgettable.
I'm Daphné, a certified yoga and Pilates teacher based in Cassis, and I've taught yoga in English for several years — including for international holiday resorts. Whether you're stopping in Cassis for a day, spending a week at a villa, or celebrating a bachelorette weekend in the South of France, I'll meet you where you are, in French or in English.
No experience needed, and no flexibility required either. My classes are designed to be gentle, welcoming, and completely adapted to your level — this is a moment for you, not a performance.
Sessions can take place outdoors by the water, at your rental villa, at your hotel, or in a quiet corner of Cassis — whatever fits your trip best.

Why practise yoga in Cassis?
There's something special about practicing yoga in Cassis — the light, the sea air, the pace of the Mediterranean coast. It's the kind of place that naturally invites you to slow down.
A class here can be a beautiful way to:
-
unwind after a flight, a cruise stop, or a busy travel day
-
start the morning with a clear head before exploring the calanques
-
treat yourself or your travel companions to something memorable
-
ease travel-related tension in the back, hips, and shoulders
-
add a mindful, restorative moment to a trip that's otherwise full of sightseeing
Even a single session can leave you with better sleep, looser muscles, and a calmer mind for the rest of your stay.

MY APPROACH TO YOGA
Gentle, welcoming, no pressure
My approach to teaching yoga is centred above all on listening to the body.
My teaching is built around listening to the body, not chasing a "perfect" pose. During your session, I pay attention to:
-
your breathing
-
your alignment
-
adapting postures to your body and your day
-
your energy level — jet lag and travel fatigue included
-
making the class genuinely enjoyable, not intimidating
The goal is simple: leave feeling calmer, looser, and glad you made time for it during your trip.

What my students say
« Daphne supported me throughout the summer as I eased back into exercise after my pregnancy a few months earlier. We alternated between yoga and Pilates sessions at home.
Daphne is an outstanding instructor who knows how to adapt each session to your needs and to the mood you're in that day. She has so many creative twists that keep every class fresh and engaging—no two sessions are ever the same. It was an absolute joy!
Thank you again, Daphne, and see you next summer! »
